BIOHIT Total 25(OH) Vitamin D ELISA. 96 wells.
Vitamins and Nutrition Assays
The best indicator of vitamin D status is the serum concentration of 25OH vitamin D. For a correct diagnosis of vitamin D deficiency, the assay must recognise vitamin D2 and D3.
The BIOHIT Total 25 hydroxy (OH) vitamin D ELISA kit is a quantitative competitive immunoenzymatic assay for serum and plasma samples.
By detecting both 25OH vitamin D2 and D3, the kit provides clinically relevant information on the vitamin D status. Reliability of the results is ensured by validation against the ID-LC/ MS-MS Reference Measurement Procedure (Ghent method) as approved by the Vitamin D Standardisation Program (VDSP) with R>0.97.
